1. Scope of This Policy

BznsBuilder is an online software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription platform. We provide access to digital tools and services; we do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. As a result, this policy addresses subscription cancellations and refunds, and references to “returns,” “shipping,” or “physical products” do not apply to our Services.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service prevail.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial (currently seven (7) days) for eligible plans so you can evaluate the Services before paying. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. We encourage you to use the free trial as the primary way to confirm the Services meet your needs.

3. Subscription Billing and Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the recurring fees until your subscription is cancelled.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management area of the Services. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of fees already paid for the current period.

5. Refunds

Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features not used. This includes situations where you cancel mid-period or stop using the Services after a renewal has been charged.

Because we offer a free trial that lets you evaluate the Services before any charge, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a subscription renewed or was no longer needed.

Most BznsBuilder subscriptions are purchased for business purposes. Business customers are generally not entitled to statutory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights unless required by applicable law.

6. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EEA and UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer (an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession) resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason.

However, because the Services are supplied digitally and access typically begins immediately, by subscribing and requesting immediate access you expressly consent to the supply of the Services beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access to the Services has begun. Where the right of withdrawal applies and has not been lost, and you exercise it within the 14-day period, we will refund the amounts paid for the relevant period within 14 days using your original payment method.

These statutory rights apply to consumers only. Customers who subscribe in the course of a business, trade, or profession are not entitled to the consumer right of withdrawal.

7. Billing Errors and Discretionary Refunds

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a timely cancellation — please contact us promptly and we will investigate. Where we confirm a billing error, we will refund the affected amount. We may also issue refunds or credits at our discretion on a case-by-case basis; doing so in one instance does not obligate us to do so in any other.

8. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe, and are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction; we are not responsible for currency conversion differences or fees applied by your bank or card provider. Any applicable taxes are handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
