BznsBuilder is an AI-powered financial planning and decision intelligence platform that helps founders and businesses create business plans, build financial forecasts, evaluate scenarios, and make informed business decisions. Encryption

All data transmitted between users and the Services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing methods and cannot be viewed by BznsBuilder personnel. If a password is lost, it must be reset rather than recovered.

Where applicable, customer data is protected using encryption and security controls within our hosting environment.

Access Controls and Authentication

Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorised personnel who require access to perform their responsibilities. We apply the principle of least privilege whenever practical, limiting access rights to the minimum level necessary. Access controls may include:

AI-generated outputs are subject to the limitations described in our Terms of Service and should be reviewed by users before being relied upon for business, financial, legal, tax, or investment decisions.

Data Ownership and Privacy

Customers retain ownership of the content, business information, and financial data they upload to the platform. BznsBuilder processes customer data solely to provide and improve the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Depending on the circumstances, BznsBuilder may act as either a data controller or a data processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment Security

BznsBuilder does not store full payment card information on its own systems. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment processing platform.

Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using encrypted connections and is handled in accordance with Stripe’s security and compliance standards. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry — and is responsible for the secure processing, storage, and transmission of payment card information.
